JPMA Point of Sale was the "right-fit"!

JPMA Point-Of-Sale is the "right-fit" for Midwest Provisions to grow their business, provide new services for clients, and increase their own return on investment with new functionality at the locations for which they provide cafeteria services; so concluded Bruce Baartman, Director of IT for Midwest Provisions as he evaluated potential PoS solutions. We at JPMA could not be happier with Mr. Baartmans decision and the opportunity over the following year to help Midwest provisions as they replace their current PoS system and pick up new contracts for their cafeteria services. These new contracts have been facilitated in part by new functionality provided by JPMA applications such as the PoS Designer/Café.

Other strengths elevating JPMA above competitors for Mr. Baartman included JPMA's corporate longevity as well as the size, diversity and quality of current and previous clients. JPMA opened the door for business in 1984 and has been providing retail software solutions for the worlds top retailers ever since. Our client base includes the #1 retailer in a number of countries throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. The flexibility of our products allow JPMA to support two lane pet stores in Japan as well as 220 land hypermarkets for S/M, the top retailer in the Philippines...

...all with the same application!

This flexibility was key to Midwest Provisions for their unique environment. Of all the products evaluated they determined only JPMA could address two primary requirements; support for a "cashless" environment allowing cafeteria purchases to be deducted from either employee payroll or "true debit" accounts along with the attendant security, reports and audit trail and the ability to integrate their vending operation into this infrastructure.

We at JPMA are of course very proud to have risen to the challenge for the original four locations as well as Midwest Provisions new sites added since our relationship began. We are also happy to note our solution provides the aforementioned functionality and features at a fraction of the annual maintenance costs of the previous system.
