TRANSACTION BASED PROMOTIONS

Transaction Promotions represent a very powerful set of promotion schemes in the PoS Designer application. They can provide the user with a scheme as simple as giving a 10% discount when the subtotal is over 100.00, to one that gives a particular customer a particular amount off in a particular department at a particular time band.

ITEM BASED PROMOTIONS

Allow the same flexibility of our Pricing Options to be stored in a separate record. This means that a single record may contain the promotional pricing for many items. This approach involves much less file maintenance to create, modify, or remove promotions.

BARCODE AND MSR TEMPLATES

PoS Designer provides barcode templates enabling the use of many standard and non-standard barcodes, including in-store labels. MSR templates allow the store to use the card-reader to perform employee and management logons, lookup by department, customer lookup, house charge, credit card verification, and more.

SYSTEM SECURITY

Security levels are customized by the retailer. Manager intervention is directly related to the function being performed. By manual logon and/or key-turn the PoS activities are authorized. Dynamic menus at the server only shows options the employee has permission to access.
