PoS Handheld Item Maintenance

Using the powerful Microsoft PocketPC operating system, the PoS Designer handheld feature can drastically improve the accuracy of shelf labeling and allow price changes to be made on the sales floor.

Built using reliable and mature web technology, your employees can use a handheld to verify and update item prices wirelessly, as well as change other fields within an item record. The employee simply uses the built-in scanner to lookup the item, and then makes any changes needed. If necessary, a 'follow-up' message can be entered, to be reviewed later by more authorized personnel.

A follow-up and a logging report are also available, to monitor handheld usage, and look for exception items. Since web technology is used, installation is easy, and new devices can be added to the system quickly.
