Safe Management System

The PoS Designer Safe Management System (SMS) gives the small to medium sized retailer a tool to effectively manage their store safe. With this feature every transaction that puts money into the safe or takes money from the safe can be tracked and reported upon - showing what was done, what time it happened, who did it, and for how much. This drastically improves security and accountability. Comments can even be added to each transaction to further explain unusual circumstances.

The SMS is fully integrated with the PoS Designer system, capturing banking functions such as pickups and loans and automatically adjusting safe totals. A flexible system lets you make your own 'accounts' for controlling deposits to the safe, and withdrawals from the safe.

A detailed set of safe-related reports can show weekly safe amounts, safe totals for each media, and auditing information.

With a quick glance, the store manager can see what the balance is for each media in the safe, as well as quickly see the transactions that have occurred since the last safe count. As for counting, the SMS has a full featured settlement system that makes it easy to count up each media - cash can even be counted by individual denomination!
